1. Eligibility: We welcome both businesses and motivated individuals — all applications are reviewed fairly. Reseller partners are required to be registered businesses with valid tax identification numbers. Applications from individuals may also be reviewed at our discretion.
2. Commission Structure: Commissions are paid monthly based on the active status of referred clients. Rates vary by partner tier (10-30%).
3. Account Approval: All partner accounts require manual approval by Kazzylen HD administration. Approval typically takes 2 business days.
4. Client Responsibility: Partners are responsible for first-line support to their clients. Kazzylen HD provides technical support for hosting infrastructure.
5. Payment Terms: Commissions are paid via bank transfer, MoMo, or PayPal. We process payments weekly and monthly for every earnings.
6. Brand Guidelines: Partners must adhere to Kazzylen HD branding guidelines when marketing services unless using white-label options.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice. Outstanding commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule.
